In this experience report Henrik Høegh will share how we at VELUX embarked a new journey to better scale and optimise for flow. VELUX was founded in 1941 and have traditionally been using external companies to run projects overseen by internal VELUX employees. But for the last couple of years we have been working towards a product mindset within VELUX IT, heavily inspired by Team Topologies, Domain Driven Design and The build trap. From the platform team Henrik will share our journeys pain points, learnings and wins.
