I’ve spent nearly 3 years working in innovation, and 2 years as an enterprise software developer, so I’ve seen both sides: the excitement of new ideas, and the challenge of turning them into real, usable tools. This talk is all about bridging that gap.

You’ll learn how to spot good AI opportunities, avoid common traps, and build just enough to get real answers fast. Along the way, I’ll share practical strategies I use, common misconceptions I’ve seen (and fallen for), and the hard-earned lessons that continue to shape how I build today.
