In this session, Isabelle Van Campenhoudt (Data Platform MVP) and Doctor Flow (Serge Luca- Business Application MVP) will propose a unified pragmatic Power Platform governance and adoption plan that integrates Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.

The governance and adoption challenges are consistent despite the differences between Power BI and the Power Platform app creation tools. The traditional centralized governance approach does not meet the flexibility needs of self-service BI and citizen developers.

The presenters will elaborate on the advantages of a single polymorphic approach where the specific actions can be product-specific. This governance approach has been field-tested by Isabelle over the past eight years for Power BI and by Doctor Flow over the previous seven years for Power Automate and Power Apps.

The session will be illustrated with numerous use cases to align with real-world requirements. Attendees can expect to gain practical insights into effective governance and adoption strategies for the Power Platform.
