There are so many terms in the LGBTQ+ sphere that it can be hard to keep track of them and remember them all, particularly if you're not part of the community. Instead of focusing on the entire spectrum (which would need a far longer session!), this talk will focus on non-binary terms.

What does 'genderqueer' mean, and how is it different from 'genderfluid'? Where does the word 'trans' come in, how do you know when to use it?

These questions, and many more, will be answered by me, a non-binary person, informed by my experiences in the tech world. The session is a safe and non-judgemental space, designed to enable a more inclusive and respectful workplace.
