Why is the NFT Industry struggling for mass adoption? Is it the lack of education? The lack of projects that appeal to the average non-NFT consumer? The current process of becoming an NFT holder, which many find to be too complicated? The answer is all the above. To encourage mass adoption, people need to be taught that NFTs are more than digital art– the underlying technology provides many useful applications in various industries. I will discuss resources that non-NFT consumers can use to educate themselves, as well as discuss types of utilities that projects can deploy that the general population would find appealing. I will also discuss solutions for projects to acquire customers who are not necessarily familiar with NFTs, bridging the gap between these customers and the NFT community.
