In this demo, you’ll see a functionless application in action, built with AWS CDK. Instead of writing custom code in intermediary Lambda functions, the application uses direct integrations between AppSync, Step Functions, EventBridge, and DynamoDB to handle all business logic and data flow.

This is "Super Mario Post": Mario sends love letters (events) to Princess Peach. She collects them, enriches them with her reactions (emojis), and stores them in a secret drawer (global table). Everything happens within the same Mushroom Kingdom (an AWS account), spanning both Rock & Cloud Worlds (AWS regions).
