Session
From AI Experiments to Everyday Engineering Workflows
Many technical teams are experimenting with AI tools, coding assistants, and automation pilots, but the real challenge is turning those experiments into workflows that are useful, repeatable, and trusted by the team.
This session will share a practical approach for moving from scattered AI experimentation to everyday engineering workflows. Drawing from experience in workflow automation, internal tool development, data analytics, and CAD-based technical operations, I will discuss how teams can identify repetitive manual work, organize process knowledge, standardize inputs, add validation checks, and measure impact through time savings, reduced errors, and adoption.
The focus is not on AI hype, but on building practical workflows that improve quality, reduce friction, and help teams work more consistently.
