We all have several different roles in our professional and private lives, most of which have to be performed in parallel, often corrupt each other and are constantly changing. The balancing act between intense corporate engagement and additional personal development aspirations is anything but easy. This makes it all the more important to maintain focus and a clear head and to do the right things right in order to be satisfied and fulfilled.
Cognition, emotion, organism - in my session, "Self-efficacy in a complex world", I will give you an insight into psychological basics of human behaviour and tested self-efficacy methods that work on these levels.
My aim is to sensitize you to the importance of effective self-leadership, to show you what this has to do with the human as a bio-social-cognitive being, and thus to motivate you to develop yourself further.
