From Talk to Tables: Closing the CRM Data Gap with AI Builder and Power Automate

This session shows you how to close that gap using tools you already have: AI Builder, Power Automate, and Dataverse. We'll walk through a real implementation that extracts structured CRM fields, accounts, contacts, opportunities, and next steps directly from sales call transcripts and writes them back to Dynamics 365 automatically.
But we won't stop at the demo. We'll cover the prompt engineering decisions that make this work in production, not just in a slide deck, but also why most AI Builder demos use the wrong prompt type for automation and what to do instead. You'll leave with a five-layer architecture you can adapt, a clear crawl/walk/run build path, and a realistic picture of what this takes to deploy reliably.
