Many apps these days are multi-purpose, but what if the app doesn't start out that way?

Our app, used by millions, started out doing one simple thing, and was even written as an SDK. But over the years the company has expanded with more products, and the app has grown to do many things.

I will share my experiences about tackling the ongoing challenges involved in turning an app from a simple product into a platform for various products. In addition to the technical and architectural changes needed (and what happens if you don't make these changes), the way of working and possibly the whole company structure might also need to change.
