During this workshop, Craig and Jay will cover the 4 (soon to be 5) pillars of Microsoft Viva, uncovering the mystery of what Employee Experience is and how it ties into Microsoft 365. More importantly, you will come out of this workshop understanding not just What Is Viva, but Why Is Viva! (thank you, Drax the Destroyer).

This session will start with an overview of the Employee Experience industry and why Microsft is poised to be a large part of it. Then we will dig into each of the pillars, showcasing the why and the how of Viva Topics, Connections, Insights, and Learning. And if possible, we'll dig into even newer announcements such as Ally.io (the soon-to-be fifth pillar of Viva) and any other announcements that have come out!
