Cultivating Sustainable Human Ecosystems: From Systems Thinking to Regenerative Agility

As traditional approaches to change reach their limits, a new path is emerging: regenerative agility. Inspired by living systems, systems thinking, and human permaculture, it invites us to transform not by controlling, but by cultivating.

What if we stopped managing change like a machine to be controlled, and started nurturing it as a living ecosystem to be grown and strengthened?
In this conference, I invite you to revisit the foundations of agility through the lenses of resilience, robustness, and antifragility, by viewing human collectives not as resources to optimize, but as living, rich, complex, and interconnected ecosystems.

Drawing on analogies from nature, systemic coaching practices, and real-world examples of cultural transformation, I will share keys to fostering change dynamics that are more sustainable, more human… and more alive.
