While tools are essential for measuring progress and steering our projects, waves and drifts are not uncommon and can easily sink us. In this session, I'll be sharing feedback on how these drifts can occur. More interestingly, I'll suggest techniques for staying afloat, avoiding common pitfalls and navigating to a safe harbor through judicious use of KPIs.
