What happens when we apply the public process to personal purchases? When we need to define the requirements like: How many seats do we need? Is 4 wheels an absolute requirement? Is the goal just getting from A to B? And is a Car the right answer at all?

Big public projects tend to be treated very differently from big personal purchases, but a lot of the actions and operators are similar. Do you just buy what fits well enough? Or do you get someone to make it custom for you?
