This session will cover a workflow which enacts the following steps:
ServiceNow incident opened for new VM template
GitHub Repo cloned
Packer to deploy template from spec
Configure VM template with Puppet
Validate the template build
Feed metadata into ServiceNow CMDB & create CMDB entry
Close incident
