I have found continuous deployment to production to be an amazing tool to break barriers, effect mindset change and make agile concepts real. It helps people to prioritise according to value, release products earlier and avoid unnecessary software bloat - not to mention keeping the team motivated.

Yet like any valuable change, introducing CD it is a major sociotechnological challenge. I’ve done it in various organisations. In this talk, I'll discuss technical implementations, results and how I overcame barriers to adoption. I’ll give you strategies to tackle the typical fear, compliance concerns and lack of resources.
