Controlling My Home Sauna Using .NET 5 and Xamarin.Forms

Today, thanks to .NET 5, .NET can really run everywhere. In this session, I will show you how I was able to completely modernize my sauna controller by using .NET on a Raspberry Pi with Gpio support, ASP.NET running in a Docker container on a Linux host and .NET on Xamarin.Forms running on an Android tablet and an Android phone. All of this, automatically build and deployed using Azure DevOps pipelines. Finally, my wife can turn on the sauna, which is located outside in the garden, from the comfort of her living room and can see when it has reached its target temperature.
