Kubernetes: why it just works
Have you ever typed 'kubectl apply -f deployment.yaml' and thought to yourself: why does this work? Have you ever committed a new version of a helm chart, watched it get gitopsed into your cluster and thought: huh neat, I wonder what does that? Well look no further because in this session we are diving into how Kubernetes actually works. I am not talking about pods and containers and services or even loadbalancers. In fact, it would be good if you already know about those things, the session will make way more sense that way. I am talking about kubelets, kube-apiserver, etcd and other services that enable you to just type 'kubectl apply' and use some delicious container orchestration.
