Redesigning your organization
We want to present you with a case study of introducing Sociocracy in a company of digital marketing services. Composed of circa eighty persons, this organization started their cultural transformation more than ten years ago. They have a good assimilation of Agile principles but they were getting stuck regarding its own governance. Purpose and value were being challenged under the need of structure and growth. What alternatives could be explored beyond a traditional structure? We proposed Sociocracy and they consented.
