Without question, an approval request is a very typical process present in any organization (Approve a leave request, Approve travel expenses, etc) that is required to move forward. To model an approval process we have different approaches such use e-mail and just get an “OK” from our manager, create a Power Automate Flow or even go through more complex scenarios. But: What about having a simple tool that simplifies the process to create and start a basic approval request or just even more typical approval scenarios where it’s required to gather user data? Fortunately, this tool already exists, Approval in Teams, a very simple native Teams App that allows to model a wide range of approval scenarios (A basic approval, approvals based on templates or even approvals with electronic signature support) without having to write a single line of code. In this practical session we Will review how to use the Teams Approval App for our Approvals scenarios.
