Microsoft Planner is Microsoft’s proposal to manage team tasks quickly and agile that is also deeply integrated with other Office 365 services and applications such as Office 365 Groups, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Project Online or Microsoft Flow. In this section we will see how Planner is a very straightforward tool not only to assign tasks to team members, but also to provide quick insights about how the team is dealing with the tasks assigned. We will also discuss how Planner is integrated with other Office 365 collaboration tools such as Office 365 Groups or Microsoft Teams.
