Session
From isolated agents to digital workforce - how to lead industrial AI development
Gaining the business benefits from AI agents takes not one, but a whole library of agents. And to produce the agent library, organisations need an industrial factory model, not ad-hoc way of working.
Many organizations are still running AI pilots and isolated experiments, while the frontrunners are deploying agentic AI as digital workers, embedded directly into real knowledge work and core business processes to enable productivity gains and business growth.
Still, developing enterprise-wide digital workforce doesn't happen by accident. It requires dedicated leadership all the way from strategy to execution - and in this session we will dive into that. We focus on enabling enterprises to design, build and run AI agents at industrial scale and move from individual agents into digital workforce - and especially what business and technology leaders should know about it. After all, deploying digital workforce into an organization is much more about transformation leadership than technology.
You will hear and learn how to move AI from experimentation into governed production, where digital workers support people with measurable outcomes — securely, reliably and continuously.
The session covers frameworks and learnings from successful AI transformation journeys to achieve industrial scale time-to-value and quality.
Target audience: Business leaders, C-level executives, technology leaders and AI management. Duration: 30-45 minutes.
