Deploying AI inside an organization is not a one-time effort but a continuous journey. Being able to minimize time-to-value in AI development requires new ways of working - the traditional operating models do not apply with AI.

To be able to design business-driven AI use cases, prioritize the most beneficial from the business perspective, implement the use cases rapidly and continuously develop the AI use cases further, a common operating model is a must. The operating model for AI development calls for clear flow of activities, roles & responsibilities, guidelines and principles as well as governance structure.

In this session I will introduce the ideas and approaches into defining an optimal operating model for AI development. I call it the AI factory that comes with standardize way of working and the key roles that are needed to run development from business design into continuous development phase.
