We can all use stronger boundaries in different areas of our lives. This session helps you strengthen your boundaries by examining seven different types of boundaries and identifying what needs your attention and reinforcement. You’ll come out of it clearer and more confident about how to drive your self-respect and reduce the discomfort that comes with broken boundaries.
