Session
Community-Led Teams
Team without a leader, what is it? Modern work is based on community-led (self-organizing) teams that work without an obvious leader or they use shared leadership. Working in a community-led team challenges the team members to grow as people and to take responsibility for the whole group. The key word here is communication.
Microsoft Teams evolve as communication tool and without ICT there could not be community-led teams. Teams (software) is key element when collaborating in an agile team. There could be even challenges that people does not work in the same time zone nor geographical location but with Teams there is possibility tackle those challenges and work together asynchronously.
Session will present different leadership styles and then combine the Teams basic working methods. This session is more like playbook for successful teamwork which is based on Teams and Microsoft collaboration tools. There will be presented good practices how to communicate, be present and participate on the organization / community.
