Come join a conversation about how to help first-year students, both with diagnosed disabilities and long accommodation histories; as well as newly diagnosed or not-year diagnosed students. How do the ways of support vary based on the student’s experiences with disabilities and accommodation familiarity? How do accommodations in college and K-12 differ? How can new student programs and disability offices work collectively and collaboratively in supporting disabled students?
