We are living in a digital revolution, technology is key to our future. Female employment is at a record high, but the percentage of women working in the tech sector still remains low. How is Sitecore doing here? The lack of diversity will also impact the types of products we develop and deploy in the world, and it will have high impact on the accessibility of these products by certain groups of people. It will also have a big impact in other important social aspects (e.g. bias algorithms that affects people's lives in justice, health, education etc.). There are many examples of great achievements by women in the tech sector, and Sitecore.
