The prosociality of school leaders is critical to the success of their school communities. The proposed study explores the effects of Soul of Leadership (SoL), an existing social and emotional learning (SEL) professional development program, on the social-emotional competence and prosociality of school administrators of diverse school districts across Massachusetts.
