NFTs as containerized data: Enterprise use cases
In Web3, there is currently no equivalent to Web2 consumer analytics. Many Web3/Web2.5 organizations struggle to differentiate their product, community, or brand and make informed technical decisions because they lack the data that helps position them. Instead, they rely on data light touchpoints like telegram groups to guide strategy. NFTs can be the vehicle that fills this gap. NFTs capture a holistic user profile (demonstrated by NFT.NYC's tracks) composed of brand rewards, collectibles, proof of asset ownership, event attendance, expertise attestations, loyalty badges, identity plays and more. Within a consent based data sharing model, enterprises can capitalize on the wealth of this new dataset through use cases ranging from product monetization to community messaging or advertising.
