AI is no longer just another tool in the Agile toolbox, it’s becoming an active collaborator in how we coach, lead, and deliver. In this session, we’ll explore how Agile Coaches can treat AI as a true teammate: helping us refine backlogs with sharper insights, forecast delivery with more confidence and support leaders in complex decision-making. We’ll also uncover how AI can spark creativity, challenge assumptions and provide new lenses for retrospectives and team reflection. Rather than replacing the human role of a coach, AI has the potential to amplify empathy, accelerate learning, and extend our impact across teams and organizations. Participants will leave with practical examples, proven use cases and concrete ideas they can experiment with immediately in their own coaching practice.
