(work in progress) Talk discussing the possibilities, impact and expected focus of GenAI on our practices as software engineers. This talk showcases some of our experiments around productivity gains but also what practices to strengthen, paradoxically on the human front (think social programming, attention to quality, code readability etc.) to be fully prepared for the genAI wave.
