Kimberly Cull: Kimberly is a Naval Academy graduate and former Naval Supply Corps Officer with an advanced degree in Operations Research from the Naval Postgraduate School. She continues to serve the public sector as a Principal Analyst for ITA International, combining her leadership acumen and technical expertise to innovate solutions for complex problems within the government.

Maili Neverosky: As the VP of Strategic Partnerships at Metron, Naval Academy graduate and veteran, Maili's Naval background and leadership highlight the significant contributions of women in tech, particularly in AI technology sectors. Her story is a testament to the power of diverse leadership in advancing the field.

Rebecca Del Palazzo: A Naval Academy graduate, Marine Corps officer, and co-founder of a GenAI company, Rebecca’s passion is to mentor transitioning veterans into the tech sector. After leaving active service, attending UVa Darden, and developing a career in AI, Rebecca’s story is not unusual to many yet grounded in grit and motivation to empower women to pursue roles in the tech sector.

This panel will not only explore their unique journeys from military service to influential roles in AI but also highlight how these female veterans are carving new paths and setting standards in tech leadership. Our aim is to inspire and empower, underscoring the critical importance of female voices in shaping the future of AI and technology.
