Cosmetology and Hair Design technical state board questions will be answered. This course is for anyone needing a refresher on state board techniques. Students preparing to test and educators teaching state board are encouraged to attend. Students will be provided a theory overview of the entire NIC practical including a technical demonstration of the practical portion of the exam using NIC testing procedures as a reference. Students are encouraged to bring their supplies to follow along or simply look and learn. Areas to be covered are: (1-10)
