I built Obmondo.com - in which we only develop open source (KubeAid.io and LinuxAid.io and other smaller things) for customers dime. Customers gets support (classic open source model company model) and we get to deliver open source and earn a living :)

I will try to share all the fantastic things this has enabled for us who work in the company - as really this move is largely to make us all happier people :) - the "old consulting gig" - was just too sad.
