The adoption of serverless architectures has transformed how we design and deploy applications. In this session, I will share my journey as a platform architect, detailing the development of a SaaS platform utilizing AWS serverless technologies. Attendees will gain a comprehensive understanding of the architecture, including critical components like building a control plane using AWS Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, and other AWS infrastructure services. They will also learn more about the trade-offs of building control plane-based architectures with AWS serverless services and sociotechnical challenges and solutions.
