Building psychologically safe environments based on trust with your teams
This session will discuss what a psychologically safe environment based on trust looks like. We will deep dive into how leaders can build psychological safety when it's previously been broken. This session will enable the participant to understand the role that everyone plays in creating a psychologically safe environment. To broaden our understanding about psychologically safety participants will self-evaluate (at the team and/or individual level) how trustworthy they appear to others and develop strategies to build that trust. Thriving and high-performing teams have high psychological safety. At the end of this session, attendees will be have a clear understanding of the impact of a psychologically safe environment and their importance. Attendees will be ready to implement strategies that build trust, collaboration, open mindness and risk taking.
