Knowing how to receive feedback and respond effectively is vital to an individual's success. This session will discuss feedback and communication, many people do it but few do it effectively. This presentation will provide insight on how to communicate more effectively. During this session, we will touch on various communication styles and how to identify your unique communication styles. We will also discuss verbal and nonverbal communication queues and their relevance. This talk will also provide knowledge to attendees on how to have difficult conversations and not shy from them. Throughout this session, we will touch on emotional intelligence and how increased emotional response impacts the way we communicate. Lastly, I will provide insight regarding the importance of providing feedback and how to receive feedback especially when it’s not favorable. At the end of this session, the attendee will feel confident in communicating with diverse crowds, listening effectively, and providing feedback that aids someone in professional growth.
