Copilot is great, if used correctly can help make your work life easier. Coupled with the fact it has access to your M365 data, it can do some amazing stuff we didn’t think possible not that long ago.

However, I am seeing cases where organisations are bumping their heads against what Copilot has access to. “Wouldn’t it be good if we could get access to this knowledge base?”, “Would be great to be able to surface my service desk tickets in Copilot” are a couple of examples.

Well, this is all possible - you can access and work with your external data and systems from within Copilot - and I will show you how.

I will walk through all the available options available to makers and developers looking to extend Copilot.

No coding experience is required, but the session is technical, however everyone should be able to follow along the basic premise of the session.
