I will showcase the ease of creation of powerful chat bots which can answer questions and perform tasks for us. We will create two chatbots based on two different use cases, using websites and SharePoint directories as knowledge source and then how we can expose these in an instant to channels such as a Teams chat. Further to this, I will also show through these created chatbots how we can get them to send emails for us or add data to spreadsheets. The demos will be accompanied by theory on chatbot design, the wider Copilot services family as well as taking particular interest in applications and benefits in various use cases.
