This session argues that, while launching analytics at a startup (or small company) can feel really overwhelming, with the help of dbt it doesn't have to be.

The data and analytics team at Maple has successfully launched a robust, self-serve analytics practice, and we feel that our approach can be easily replicated. We'd love to share our learnings in the hope it may help others trying to launch analytics overcome some common challenges.
