Human importance of the coder - Applications of your decision

The coder is the core of all machine learning and artificial intelligence (AI). That decision-making process trickles out into all other algorithms within the company and into the greater community.
For example, a simple dataset of male height on dating apps. If someone declines to respond, are they filtered in or out of a user search? This matters.
What developers deem as important is the heart of the framework. For example, when we apply subjective values, like that continuum of mental health symptoms, how we taught that coder ultimately decides what the program suggestions will be. How the code leads to discounting from one to another is the core of how we will develop trust and transparency for AI in medicine.
Everyone has implicit and explicit bias. Will our Western views be integrated into worldwide applications? These implications are potentially affecting millions of lives. Yet many computer science and information management programs do not require ethics or sociology classes. No one has forced students to work through the possible consequences of choice.
How are you going to find your dream gig? Job hunters want a good fit into a workplace. Interviewers worry about team dynamics and organizational goals. What questions should you be asking your future employer/employee? Let's explore together.
