Designing Work That Works for Everyone

This 30 minute self moderated round table is a facilitated discussion for leaders, managers, and practitioners who want to move beyond awareness and into practical action.
Rather than focusing on individual accommodations, the session explores how everyday work design decisions unintentionally exclude or enable neurodivergent talent. Participants will discuss real examples from their own teams, share what has worked, and examine where common processes like hiring, meetings, performance evaluation, and remote work create friction or unlock strengths.
The discussion is guided by experience based questions and peer exchange, not slides or lectures. Attendees are encouraged to participate actively and learn from each other in a psychologically safe setting.
Participants will leave with concrete ideas they can apply immediately to hiring practices, team workflows, and management approaches to better support neurodivergent professionals while improving performance for everyone.
