Ten years after beginning of cybersecurity presence in the business and society ecosystems we have a current situation with cybersecurity threats and negative consequences. It is time to change cybersecurity strategies and practices with more effective governance. The foundation of good cybersecure good governance incorporate two critical success factors: Cybersecurity CULTURE and Cybersecurity ACCOUNTABILITY. Top management must take the role it have to have.
