Bring a real adoption challenge to this practical workshop, or work with a provided case. You'll use familiar troubleshooting skills alongside coaching-style questions to investigate what is happening before deciding what needs to change.

I began as an RF engineer and was already a professional coach when I managed two engineering teams at 2degrees. I learnt that shared outcomes don't require everyone to contribute in the same way.

Working with other delegates, you'll examine what you've observed, challenge assumptions, consider the experiences of the people involved and distinguish essential standards from choices that can vary.
