Introduction to Agent Framework
In this blog post, we will explore the fundamentals of the Microsoft Agent Framework: what it is, why it was created, and how it differs from other agent tools like Semantic Kernel and AutoGen. We will see the key components of an individual agent (memory, context, execution threads, calls and external tools, decision logic) and we will construct a simple prototype from scratch (in Python) to illustrate how to raise a functional agent with a few lines of code.
