In our work with large corporates we have learned that corporates have embraced the idea that they must continuously innovate their business model in order to stay profitable, however solving major social and cultural challenges remain elusive. In order to effectuate change, it’s necessary to get the right skills, tools, and mindsets.

Through our human-centered design workshop, we ground value propositions, the business models who will support solutions and if its truly going to make an impact. We want to avoid our participants to fall in love with just the technology solutions because we believe that even if you have the best technology in the world but don’t understand your end-user or the business model behind it, it will be a waste of resources.

At Business Models Inc, we treat business models as a way of validation and we prototype these ideas. Each team will be working on solutions and will enable them to take their solutions and ground them in real business cases.
