Microsoft has recently released two Power BI template apps to help you measure your Microsoft Cloud-based emissions and carbon savings potential. One for your Azure footprint and one for Microsoft 365. In this session I will explain how these two dashboards can help you track direct and indirect greenhouse gas emissions, and how Microsoft calculates your carbon footprint. If you still have an on-premises footprint, the app also helps you calculate possible carbon savings by moving those workloads to the cloud, which could help you in your business case. I’ll demonstrate how to set up both apps and how to leverage the data they produce.
