Session

Use of digital technology to enhance the delivery of public healthcare services.

A collaborated effort between CDC (Center for Disease Control) India, WHO (World Health Organization) India and various entities under Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Central Government of India, to train public health workers in the practices of field epidemiology (science of pandemic).

Audience: Product and technology leaders
Topics of Interest:

This collaborated effort from various public healthcare entities is targeted at multi-fold objectives as follows:

- Develop Increased ability to detect and respond to threats.
- Address the severe nationwide shortage of skilled epidemiologists.
- Build critical relationships between public healthcare professionals.

Overview and/or deep dives into new and upcoming features and changes, including how these features are used and what problems they solve, as follows:

- Facilitating Mentor-Mentee experience offered with synchronous and asynchronous interactions for creative learnings.
- Facilitate tagging and categorization of content from different regions for more efficient searching and retrieval of relevant content when cross-leveraging assets from multiple regions on a digital FETP platform.
- Implementing access control, version control, and data analytics, designed to address issues when integrating content from multiple global hubs.
- Authenticated and Curated learning content (multi-media) through SCORM format, allowing the multimedia content to be integrated into the learning management systems, enabling the tracking of learners' progress and providing the capability of reporting of the data.
- Tracking and generating reports of Mentee's core activities of learning.
- API (Application Programming Interface) integration with MS Teams, backend HRMS (Human Resource Management Systems) platforms, and other third-party applications allowing for different systems and applications to communicate and share data with each other. This allows for streamlined and efficient processes, as information can be easily shared and updated across different platforms without the need for manual input or data transfer.
- Hypercare / AMC (Annual Maintenance) to ensure delivery of platform support, and upgrades with consistent resolution of bugs, aiding user adoption of the platform adoption, enabling users go through User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with our continuous support.

Trends in online learning and training, for instance: online credentials, professional development, lifelong learning

Analytics and research
- The API integrations as described above enables the data to be used to generate reports, track employee performance, and manage compliance.

Where are we now and where do we need to go? How will we get there?
- Going forward, FETP stakeholders want easy integration with other external apps, such as CRM systems, that can leverage the data in the HRMS system to improve the customer experience.
- Live classes, webinar and interaction with Microsoft teams
- We believe over the due course of time and with appropriate integrations, the FETP platform will be able to offer a comprehensive and enduring account and database for the collection and management of research fellow theses, publications, and examination records. This would then allow for easy access and retrieval of important scholarly information, promoting continuity and consistency in research efforts.
- The database would ensure that the research fellow's work is securely stored and can be accessed by authorized personnel at any time, facilitating collaboration and knowledge-sharing among peers.
- It would also serve as an invaluable resource for future reference and research, preserving the valuable contributions of the research fellow to the field.

VTeamLabs wants to continue its focus on driving mission-based objectives as follows:

• Enhancing the leverage of LCMS platform like OpenedX to strive for differentiated workforce development needs, thereby creating lasting impact in our communities worldwide.
• Create Mission-based impact through partnerships that foster enablement of continuous, seamless, scalable, and functional Learning & Development platform supporting essential business services at scale.
• As C2030 member, we seek collaborations to drive synergies, in alignment with UN SDG’s - Quality Education and Technology Innovation.
