To get insights from data, insights need to be shown somehow. Power BI visual reports are all about showing results in a visual way. But users also need to understand and act upon the insights. How can insights be provided in such a way that users can take action? Applying storytelling principles turns out to be an effective approach to this.
In this session, I discuss data storytelling and how to apply storytelling concepts to the design of Power BI visual reports. We will also take a look at Power BI features that specifically support data storytelling.
