Revolutionizing Support with a Custom Copilot: The Chappy Story
Imagine a copilot designed specifically to guide our support team through every step they need to take. In this session, I’ll share the journey of creating “Chappy,” a specialized copilot tailored to our unique business processes and the essentials of D365 and AX2012.
As a second-level support specialist, my role involves dealing with more complex tickets, training, mentoring and upskilling our first-level team in all things ERP. After a period of illness last year, I sought a solution to assist the team in my absence and reduce our overall workload. This led to the creation of Chappy, a copilot that not only supports our team with specialized processes but also provides basic how-to guidance.
